Thank you for supporting my handmade business! Each item is lovingly crafted to order, which means your piece is made especially for you.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All orders with handmade elements typically take 3–4 weeks to create before dispatch.

Please note that this turnaround time may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, shipping times will depend on your chosen delivery method and destination.

• UK Orders: Usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivery may take 1–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.

Rush Orders

If you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing to see if a rush order is possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request where I can.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).

I am not responsible for postal delays, customs hold-ups, or any issues once the parcel is in transit, but I’ll always do my best to help if there’s a problem.
